Had a great experience with friendly staff and the rooms were really clean I mean super clean. Also enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the lobby area that was a nice touch after a long night.

The keycard malfunctioned multiple times without a clear reason!!! Also, having to wait 20 minutes for check-in when the room was likely ready was frustrating!!! Not to mention, the bed’s squeakiness was quite bothersome!!!

The location is a blissful escape from the hustle of Tijuana. 🤗 My room was clean and had great AC! Just wish the front desk staff had better training.
